When will we get our photos back?
Turnaround time for standard sessions is 2–4 weeks. Wedding galleries are delivered within 6–8 weeks due to the larger volume and detailed editing process. Sneak peeks are provided for weddings only—regular sessions will receive the full gallery upon delivery.
Is a retainer required to book?
For weddings, a 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. For standard sessions, full payment is due the day of your scheduled session.
What if it rains or the weather doesn't cooperate ?
For weddings, we’ll make it work—rain or shine, your day will be beautifully captured! For standard sessions, it’s up to the photographer’s discretion; we may reschedule for rain, but overcast days are still great for photos thanks to the soft, flattering light!
Is a second photographer included?
No, a second photographer is not included. However, if you’d like extra coverage, a second photographer can be added to any package for an additional fee! This is a great option for weddings or larger sessions where you want multiple angles and moments captured simultaneously.
Are travel fees included?
For destination weddings, yes—all travel fees are included.
For sessions outside a 40-mile radius of Keokuk, IA, there is a fee of $0.75 per mile. Depending on the distance, lodging may also be required.
